First off I would like to
say Kudos to you for creating such a lovely image. Since
this image is in high standards don't mind if i'm a little
rough.
Pros:
I really like your use of negative space, giving the image
an even look to it that directs your eyes to every mportant
aspect you're trying to portray (meaning of words, keyblades..etc)
The balance of weight and antomy of the character is up
to par. You paid attention to detail which is a key thing
when trying to produce a good piece of fan art. This is
an image you should be proud of.
Cons:
I find that the keyblades, despite how nice they are, look
flat compared to the rest of the character. I also noticed
that the lighting in this image comes from several directions,
if that is what you were aiming for then
good job but if not then try to focus on that. The face
is well proportioned but adding in the eye kind of ruins
the whole mystery of "what will you choose." mainly
cause a characters eyes can easily express their position
on a matter, if you create another image with this type
of angle and mystery don't show the eyes it looks out of
place.
Summary being: You have great skills in antomy, good colouring
skills, work on lighting, and you know how to arrange a
picture evenly. I only write this for you to grow as an
artist. Can't wait to see more. ^_^
