The face was familiar to Cloud and Tifa, but a complete mystery to Lloyd. But the eyes, the eyes were an eerie, sort of piercing green. The look that came from that split second seemed to cut down into the deepest parts of his soul. Cloud was starting to regain himself. A thought that he should have thought of a whole lot earlier finally crossed his mind. "You were killed over sixteen years ago, how are you alive now?!" Zack laughed. "Back when meteor was attacking, and your little lovebird summoned holy, and lifestream came to its aid, the combination of wandering souls and the power of the Ancients was able to bring my life back, but with a different soul. I trust you know whose soul I got." He laughed a deeper, more evil laugh. "The high Mako energy beneath Midgar gave me power beyond power. Power that a foolish weakling like you could never imagine." Cloud stood up, grabbing his sword. His knuckles where pure white. "You......souless beast!" He lunged at Zack. Out of nowhere Zack produced a deadly sword. It had a bone handle and a razor sharp serrated blade. The blade found its way through Cloud's gut. Zack held Cloud in the air by his sword. He thrust his arm out and Cloud was sent airborne. He landed on a sharp-edged stone, but he was dead before he touched it. Tifa screamed like her soul was ripped from her living body. Lloyd burned with rage. His fist was clenched on his dual-sword. Suddenly, he howled with rage. His eyes turned to a complete, glowing red. His entire body seemed to be glowing red. His hair turned into bright, blue flames. He could no longer control himself. He sheathed his dual-sword on his back, and then fabricated a fireball from the palm of his hand. He pelted it at Zack. Zack brushe it aside, and it flew into some rubble behind him. Lloyd started pelting fireball after fireball at Zack, not stopping for a split- second. Zack kept brushing the fireballs aside. After about two minutes of non-stop fireball throwing, Lloyd stopped. He raised both of his arms above his head. He was building a large fireball by fusing many, many fireballs together. When the ball was large he brought it down on Zack. The explosion was huge. It launched Lloyd back about twenty feet. Luckily, he didn't land on any rubble. When the dust settled, Lloyd lost his voice. Zack stood there virtually unharmed. His clothes were ripped in some places and slightly charred in others. His face was a liitle dusty, and his hair had been singed at the tips. Lloyd's hair changed back to it's normal state. He could barely move. All that power and it barely did anything. "That stung, you fool!" He sheathed his sword and put his wrists together, his palms facing utward. "ULTIMAAAAAAAA!!!!!!" Lloyd was surrounded by a bright, green light. The light paralyzed him and it felt like it was crushing his body into a heap. When the light finally disappeared, Lloyd had trouble getting up. He was still glowing red. He threw himself at Zack and was hit back. Despite the pain, he kept doing it. He couldn't controll himself. He was going berserk. Lloyd was beat to the point where he almost couldn't move. Out of nowhere Lloyd got a renewed strength. He stopped glowing, but his eyes were still red. He found that he could control himself again. Then, his father's goggles that he wore on his forehead started to glow a bright, pure white. He got out his dual-sword and started to spin it rapidly. The weapon was spinning so rapidly that it was barely visible. Lloyd felt like someone else was moving his body, but at the same time he had total control. "SAW...BLADE.....STRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE!!!!!!!!" He threw his dual-sword, still spinning, at Zack. The blade struck him, then flew back and struck him from a different angle. The blade continued to do that. Zack would start to fall and the blade would stop him. The blade finally let Zack hit the ground, and returned to its owner, Lloyd. "Had enough?" Lloyd taunted when, after a few minutes, Zac failed to stand up. Zack started to snicker, then chuckle, then he finally bust out in full blown laughter. "You truley have no clue on this planet what you are actually dealing with. If you thought that you are dealing with a monster, then you are completely wrong. You are dealing with much more than a monster." He stood up with ease, and a creature burst out of Zack's body like it was ripping out of a paper sheath. Lloyd could only gawk in horror. Tifa stood up and started to run out of Nibelheim. The true Zack was revealed. To Be Continued.....
