Zack tore open the envelope with excitement and read the letter’s author.

Zack: It IS from her. My girl, Aeris. Lets see.

Zack began reading through carefully. It read:

Dear Zack,
I hope you are well. Well done for passing on that exam of yours. I can’t believe your 
already a first class. Maybe you’ll be another Sephiroth? He, he, he. ^_^
Just kidding.
By the way, if it is possible please come to Midgar next week and visit, it’ll be our six 
month anniversary. Gotta go!

Zack’s heart filled with joy, and so did the expression on his face.

Zack: She sent me all her love….

Zack went into a day-dream for couple of minutes.

Zack: Next week…..That’ll be a Monday, I can go to that. Now, I better go and get 
some grub!

Zack leapt out of bed out of his bed and changed into his SOLDIER uniform and ran 
out of his dorm and down the corridor to the cafeteria.

Zack: Where’re my mates?

Zack glanced over to a table with two guys waving for him to come over. Zack hinted 
to them he was going to get some food and walked over to order something.

Zack: I’ll have eeerrr….some pancakes with maple syrup and a glass of orange juice.

The grubby-faced lady looked at Zack before asking a question. From her appearance 
Zack could tell she didn’t like the job and was just doing it for the money. But he 
wasn’t about to be put off by a grubby-faced lady.
