After some extra thinking, I decided to make only one ending. But donīt worry, it will have both sad and happy things. I would like to thank you all for your support and reading of my fan fiction. I really gave me the inspiration and encouragement to keep moving. Thank you all! =D ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Look at the colors of this passage!" shouted Zell as he walked across this weird passage. "The wall is black, the floor is blue and the roof is red. Pretty weird in my opinion," said Quistis as she looked cautiously for any booby trap. "Look! I see light up ahead!" shouted Squall as he ran over to the light. Our friends arrived to a different room. The walls had a black color. The roof had a redish color that gave light to the room, and the floor was blue. There was a throne on the center of the room, and there it was, the omnipotent Weapon, the beggining, ALPHA Weapon. A voice that seemed to come from the walls...said: "Welcome brave humans. I am the Alpha Weapon, the beggining of time, the first and the morning star. I ask you, Why do you think you will be able to defeat me?" "The hope that lies within our heart and the will to defeat evil and bring peace once more to our lives. In the name of the human race, and our friends that were captured by you, we will defeat you!!!" shouted Squall as he prepared to strike Alpha Weapon... *Meanwhile..in the other room.... "Guys look at this. The walls are painted in red, the floor has a black color, and the roof has a blue color. This is very weird," pointed Laguna out as they walked throughout the passage. "Indeed. Please donīt lower your defenses, for we at arriving at what I think is the place where Omega lurks," said Krelian as he walked cautiously. "Look guys! Itīs there!" shouted Irvine as he ran into the room. The room was black. The roof had a blue color, and the floor a blue color. There was a throne in the center of the room, and the powerfull Weapon was there, OMEGA WEAPON. A voice that seemed to come from the walls...said: "Welcome brave humans. I am the Omega Weapon, the end of time, the last and the evening star. I ask you, Why do you think you will be able to defeat me?" "The will to defeat evil and return peace to our world! We all have the hope to defeat you, and in the name of humanity and our friends, we will defeat you!!!" shouted Laguna as he prepared to shoot Alpha with his gun... *Back in the room with ALPHA Weapon... "Are you sure you want to strike me Squall? You do know what will happen if you defeat me, donīt you?" asked Alpha Weapon as his eyes changed from blue to a red color. Squall paused his attack and was doubting if to attack Alpha or not. "Donīt let him trick you Squall! Heīs just trying to make us doubt," said Quistis as she prepared to summon Doomtrain. "Are you sure you want to strike me Quistis?" asked Alpha once more. "Donīt let him trick you too Quistis! Heīs trying to confuse us," said Zell as he noted Quistis refrained from using the summon. Suddenly a strong light covered the whole room. Our friends couldnīt see anything. "Donīt let your guard down!" shouted Squall. "Yes, donīt let your guard down!" shouted Laguna. "Laguna?" "Squall?" The powerfull light dissapeared and our friends were in a new room. Squall, Laguna, Irvine, Zell, Quistis and Krelian were now in the same room, accompanied by both Weapons, who were next to each other a few feet from where our heroes where... "Hey guys! Nice to see you again!" said Zell. "Thereīs no time for socialization Zell. We need to get rid of the Weapons and save our friends," said Laguna as he loaded his gun. "How did you guys get here?" asked Quistis. "A huge amount of light appeared in the room, and the next second, we were in this room with you guys," explained Krelian. "The same as what we experienced." said Squall. The chat our friends had were interrupted by the movement of the Weapons. Alpha Weapon went to the left side of the room and Alpha Weapon went to the right side of the room. A strange voice that came from the center of the room, which was like a mix between Alphaīs and Omegaīs voice said: "Do you think you humans can save the world? You cannot!" said the strange voice. "First of all, where are Rinoa, Selphie and Ellone?" asked Squall. "They are in the Chaos Dimension. They are in the place where you humans will end up to in a matter of minutes," said the voice fiercely. "HOW DARE YOU! I WILL KILL YOU WITH ALL MY POWER!" shouted both Laguna and Squall as they prepared their double attack. "HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!" shouted Krelian as he got in front of them. "Tell us Weapons, why do you say we canīt defeat you? "Alpha is the escence of the beggining. Omega is the escence of the future. To put it in words you humans can understand, Alpha is the past, and Omega is the future. What will happen if you destroy the past? What will happen if you destroy the future?" asked the strange voice. Our friends were silent, and started to worry. They morale started to decrease and their will to fight was affected by the words of the strange voice. "This means that..." said Irvine worried. "We cannot defeat them, or else the world will end?" said Zell desperately. "Then..why have we been fighting? For what?" asked Squall nervously and desperately. "Letīs calm down people. We need to think about what to do," said Laguna sitting on the floor. "GUYS! Thereīs no time for thinking. The Weapons are here, and they will attack us any second," said Krelian preparing his staff. "What are we gonna do? Is this the end?" asked Quistis crying. "MWAHAHAHAHA. Now you humans understand why you cannot defeat us. If u beat Alpha, you will kill the past. All your memories and everything that the human race has suffered and enjoyed will dissapear and be forgotten. As you move in the present, every second that passes will be forgotten by everyone. There would be chaos! On the other hand, if you defeat Omega, the future will dissapear, and time will freeze. You will be stuck in a void where nothing happens. Everything will be static, and it will stay like that forever!" "Damn YOU WEAPONS!!" shouted Krelian as his body filled with anger. "All is lost," cried Quistis as she threw his weapon on the floor. "This is a no win situation. If we defeat the Weapons, time is doomed. If we donīt, they will destroy the world. WHAT CAN WE DO??" asked Laguna. "I donīt care about this! If we are going to lose, at least I want to die with Rinoa in my arms," shouted Squall as he prepared his Limit Break Lionheart. Just before he was going to attack, Alpha shoot an energy ball towards Zell. It was so strong, he could not even move. Zell was pulverized.... A second passed, and now it was Omegaīs turn. He created an even powerfull energy ball, and launched it upon Quistis, who could not move either. She was pulverized too.... "HOW COULD YOU?? STUPID BEAST I WILL KILL YOU!!!" shouted Squall just about to attack. "HOLD IT SQUALL!!!" shouted Krelian as he grabbed him "I think heīs provoking us," said Laguna. "Yes. He wants us to attack him. They know they will win either way," said Irvine angrily. "They must have been transported into the void of nothingness the Weapons talked about," said Krelian trying to hold his anger. "If....if...we are going to lose no matter what we do, then I will be happy to see Rinoa once more. And we need to defeat those beasts to fulfill my last wish," said Squall closing his eyes. "This canīt be true dammit! All this way just to lose? This is all my fault," said Krelian hitting the floor. "I guess this is the end for us then. It appears that I wonīt be able to tell you about ur past Squall," said Laguna sadly. Squall concentrated to unleash his Lionheart Limit Break. Laguna prepared his Desperado attack. "SQUALL! Letīs do a double attack! Iīll shot Alpha first and you finish him off," shouted Laguna with all his strenght. "OK Laguna. Letīs defeat these beasts," confirmed Squall. Laguna and Squall concentrated all their power in a single attack. They need around 2 minutes to gather enough energy to unleash it. But the Weapons were not willing to wait for that. Alpha & Omega both prepared a double energy ball, which was immediately directed towards Squall and Laguna. Just when it was going to hit them, Krelian got in front of it, and tried to stop it with the power of his staff... "Krelian!" shouted both Laguna and Squall. "Donīt loss your concentration dammit! I will hold the Weaponīs attack while you keep gathering more power! Hurry, I donīt know how much longer I can hold," shouted Krelian as he used all his power to hold the attack. "If we gather mor energy, we will be able to defeat both of them," pointed out Squall. "Yes son. Letīs keep up with the gathering," said Laguna. The Weapons saw this, and increased the power of the energy ball. Krelian was using every bit of energy in his body to keep it away from our heroes. The place was starting to fall apart: The power the Weapons, Squall and Laguna were using was too powerfull. The temple was crumbling apart and a strong earthquake shook the planet. "H...urry up please. Uff, ufff, I donīt think I can hold much longer," said Krelian running almost out of energy. "Hold on a bit more friend, we are almost done," both Squall and Laguna said. Krelian could not hold any longer. There was a huge explosion, but Krelian was the only one pulverized. In his last moments, he saved our friends by absorbing the Weapons energy ball. "Damn it. Krelian!!" shouted Laguna. "Iīm ready now Laguna, letīs do it" "For Ellone!!!!!!!!!" Now it was time for the attack that would change the course of time. Squall unleashed his Lionheart attack like he had never before. He stroke Alpha around 40 times, then Laguna finished him off with a shower of powerfull bullets. "The past.......will dissapear......everything will be.....forgotten," said Alpha in his last moments. "I hope we did the right thing. Now, its time for Omega!!!" shouted Squall as he now prepared his Lionheart on the Weapon. Lionheart unleashed his Lionheart on Omega now. He knew this was his last battle, so he used every single bit of energy to defeat the Weapon. He stroke him around 100 times. Laguna of course finished him off. "The future......will dissapear....everything will.....sop," said Omega in his last moments. Alpha & Omega exploded and the temple fell apart. The Earth dissapeared as well as every single planet, star, comet and anything that was floating in space. Laguna and Squall were transported into a dark place. Every way you look was black. This was the void Alpha & Omega spoke of. When Laguna and his woke up, they saw... "AERITH" shouted Squall with amazement. "KRELIAN" shouted Laguna. "This is the void. The place where the past and future donīt exist. This place is ought to dissapear some time after the escence of the past and future dissapear. This place grants a last wish to souls before time stops forever. You can see whoever you like for a limited time and then......time will freeze up forever." explained Krelian. "It wonīt be long before time freezes. So you should make your wish quick and try to enjoy the last seconds of life you have," said Aerith. "Thereīs nothing we could do Aerith. We failed you," said Squall sadly. "Donīt say that. The world was going to be destroyed anyways," said Aerith. "I want to see Ellone," said Laguna. "Iīll send you to see her one last time Laguna. This is your last with," said Aerith as she transported Laguna. "I want to see Rinoa," said Squall. "Ok..Wish granted," said Aerith as her powers transported Squall. Squall and Laguna said each other goodbyes before going to the places they had chosen. Aerith started to cry.... "I still have some powers. I can still create a planet in the galaxy and protect it with my soul for all eternity..but..I donīt have enough power to transport any human there," said Aerith crying. "I will help you. I still have some power. We will die anyways, but at least we will be happy that we saved the human race," said Krelian holding Aerith in his arms. "Thank you. But, who are we going to choose?"asked Aerith. "..............Letīs see how our friends spent their last moments of life. That could help us decide," said Krelian as he used his power to create a magical crystal ball to see how our friends used their last moments alive. ----->Beggining of Ateīs <1> ATE: "Donīt feel lonely Zell. We all love you!" Zell walked all over the void. He knew he could make one last wish, but he was thinking what to do with it. "This place is so sad. All is black, theres nothing here. I guess thereīs only one wish that will make me die happily...I want to see me friends one last time," Aerith heard Zellīs wish and granted it. He separated Zellīs soul from his body and allowed him to go see his friends in the void. Zell could not speak or hear anything, for it was his soul and not his body. Zell visited all of his friends, and when he saw the last of them, his soul returned to his body....Zell started to cry and fell to the floor. "My friends....my only reason to live......Thank you all for loving me! I will never forget you." Past and Future dissapeared from Zellīs life. Zell was stuck in the static present. <2> ATE: "I will always be your uncle." "Ellone!!!" "Uncle Laguna" "Thank God you are safe" "I Love you Uncle" Ellone and Laguna hugged. Ellone started to cry but Laguna kept her in his arms and constantly kissed her cheek. "I will always love you. I will always be your uncle" "And I will always be your little girl" Past and Future dissapeared from Elloneīs and Lagunaīs life. They were stuck in the static present. <3> ATE: "I love you Selphie." "Selphie!!!" "Irvine?" "Selphie, I love you with all my heart. I couldnīt die before telling you this" "I love you too Irvine." They both kissed each other until time froze for them. Irvine finally had the courage to tell her what he felt. The love couple were now stuck in the static present. <4> ATE: "You will remain forever in our hearts Quistis!" Quistis was sitting on the floor of the void. She didnīt want to with for anything. Aerith knew this....and took deliberately the desicion of granting her a wish.... "Squall??..Is that you Squall???" Quistis ran towards the Squall that was standing a few meters from where she was. The Squall there was an illusion Aerith had created. Aerith made the illusion hug Quistis. She was so happy. She started to cry... "I love you Squall!" Past and Future dissapeared from Quistisī life. She was stuck in the static present. <5> ATE: "We will always be together, in the past, the present and the future as well." "Squall!!!!!!!!!!!!!" "Rinoaaaa!!!!!!!" Both lovers ran towards each other as fast as they could. They hugged each other, touched each other, cried, smiled. "I love you so much Squall!" "I Love you too Rinoa. I cannot live without you" "Squall..the world...its doomed" "I know..but..thereīs nothing we could do. Whatīs more important for me is to see you one last time" "Oh Squall" More love couldnt be seen anywhere else. Squall and Rinoa kissed each other with so much pasion, so much love, even the coldest heart would feel happy for seeing such a couple in love. They both knew that time could freeze any second. That was the reason they were loving each other with all their strenght. "Squall..I want to be with you always. Donīt leave my side. I need you every second of my life" "Rinoa..we will always be together: In the past, the present, and the future as well" "Oh Squall. I love you" ----->End of Ateīs "Rinoa..Squall..this is it..the end draws near," said Krelian as he appeared in the room with Aerith. "KRELIAN! AERITH!" shouted Squall. "Time is about to freeze in this dimension. With Krelianīs power..and mine too, we will create another planet in my galaxy. As you know, I am a Godess, and I can create any galaxy I want. But, my powers have been reduced by almost a half, so Krelian and I will unite our strenght to create this planet. There, you will live and save the human race," explained Aerith. "What about our friends? What about you?" asked Rinoa. "..Im sorry Rinoa. Your friends have been frozen up already in the void. Us four are the only ones still alive," said Aerith sadly. "Ohhh Squall," said Rinoa crying as she hugged Squall. "Aerith and I will stay here. Aerith!!!! We need to hurry, the void is about to freeze totally!!" shouted Krelian. "SQUALL! RINOA! Hold on to each other!! We are going to transport you now!" shouted Aerith. "Krelian...Aerith...thank you!" said Rinoa. Aerith and Krelian used all their power to create a planet similar to earth. When the planet was created, the void completely froze. But before this happened, Squall and Rina were transported to this new planet... "Squall?" "Rinoa?" "Look..the sky, the plants, the sea! This place is like Earth" "Looks like it" "Look Squall!You are naked!" "You are naked too Rinoa!" "........" "Whatīs wrong?" "Our friends..they are...." Squall hugged Rinoa. The sun was starting to set in the sea. They both watched the precious and magestic sunset... Adam and Eve had the re "Squall?" "Yes?" "What name are we going to give to this planet?" "MEMORIA" "And what name for the moon?" Squall looked up..... Sky brilliant with blue elegance, I couldn't behold. When I was alone as one, My heart was as ice, so cold. Wind whispering sweet melodies, I could not behold.
