The first part of the fanfic includes only the first chapter of the story as I want you to get used to my writing, you can E-mail me for any advise/critic/suggestion and I will try to make a good fanfic for you to read. Chapter 1: The day after The story takes place about half a month after Zidane and Dagger hugged in Alexandria after the play Tantalus did. Although everything is peaceful, the people of Cleyra, Burmecia, Lindblum and Alexandria are still rebuilding their homes, it had taken a long time to rebuild the castles and the citizens didn't have much strength left to rebuild everything so the four nations were quite demoralized. "The people has suffered so much…" Dagger said with a sad voice. "Yes, but remember that they are strong and will be able to make it out of this sad situation." Zidane said as he looked at the destroyed buildings. "Hey, you guys! Come over here!" Said a strange voice coming from Alexandria's entrance. "Ruby?" Zidane asked Ruby walked until she met them. "We are gonna be late fer today's play!" "I Want to be Your Canary III?" Asked Dagger. "Yeah, this is very important for me, I'll be the main character!" Ruby said. "Marcus will be your lover again?" Asked Zidane. "Actually… I wanted… Blank to be my lover…" Ruby said with a voice the others had never heard. "Blank? But I thought you didn't get along with him…" Said Dagger as she stared at Ruby. "…" "Whatever, let's get moving, everyone get inside Prima Vista II!" Shouted Zidane very excited as he jumped to the new Prima Vista Cid had made. "Hi guys!" Shouted Eiko. "Hey, Eiko" Said Zidane. "How is it going?" Asked Freya. "Very well, we were talking about Alexandria and all the hardship the people will have to go through…" Said Dagger. "It will be very difficult just like in Lindblum, Cleyra and Burmecia" sighed Freya "Long time no see, Zidane, princess…" Said a familiar voice. "Hi Uncle Cid!" Dagger shouted with excitement. "You are doing well, I see." Said Cid "We are going to Black Mage Village to get Vivi and then we will head to Madain Sari to get Amarant, Lani and the Moogles, after that we will go to Daguerreo and meet Steiner and Beatrix." "Then we can go to Lindblum, I actually didn't think the play would be there…" Said Ruby "It's okay though, I can make the best plays anywhere. And you cowboys are the best actors I could've ever found." "Hehehe, thanks…" Said Blank, who was coming from the deck of the airship. "Hi Blank" Zidane said as he looked behind him to see Marcus and Cinna coming from the same direction. "Hi everyone" "Are you all ready?" Asked Cid "Let's go!" The airship Prima Vista took off and went with an incredible speed directly to Black Mage Village, it stopped in the forest as the new airship could also land in forests and mountains (Didn't you hate that you had to walk all over the forest to reach the village in FF9… and as I really like Black Mage Village I go very often, oh, sorry, where was I? Oh yeah). "Hey Vivi!" Said Zidane. "Hi everyone!" Said Vivi, then he went running to them and tripped, he fell to the floor, got up and accommodated his hat. "Come on, hurry, we are gonna be late for the play, sweetie" Yelled Ruby. "Alrighty!" The airship went up again, it flew so fast that they were in Madain Sari in no time. "kupo!" "Kupopo!!!" "Hi boys, get in!" Shouted Eiko while the airship was still in the air. The 4 Moogles, Mocho, Chimomo, Momatose and Morrison flew and hopped on. "Hi Eiko, do you have Kupo nuts?" asked Chimomo "This is not the time to eat, Chimomo, we are late already…" Answered Eiko. "Hey, are you leaving us out?" Shouted Amarant. The airship landed so that Amarant and Lani could go in. "Mph! Little brats… why do I have to deal with you?" "Hi Lani!!" Said Zidane. "Stop it!!" Shouted Dagger. "Geez… sorry, are you jealous? I was just greeting her…" Zidane said, Dagger didn't say anything… "Careful monkey-boy!" Shouted Amarant. "Hahaha, do you really think I would betray you, my love?" Asked Lani. "Of course not, dear." Said Amarant. "(I didn't know Amarant had a soft spot for girls) Whatever… Can we please hurry…" Said Freya. Prima Vista II took off again, it was so late that Cid was going at maximum speed, and in really very little time they got to Daguerreo and literally carried Beatrix and Steiner out of there. "Where were you!? We are twenty minutes late!!" Yelled Beatrix. "How many times do I have to tell you I hate it when yer late, Blank!!!" Shouted Ruby. "But you are late too…" Said Blank with an angry voice. There was a silence for some time until they arrived at Lindblum, everyone got off. Quina was waiting for them, as the Qu's Marsh was near Lindblum, he was the first one to get there. There was another creature just like Quina besides Him/her. "Who is that?" Asked Zidane. "This Quenj, my new pupil. Quenj, this my friends, they good people, Zidane teach me a lot when I traveled with him." Said Quina. "We should better hurry… I don't wanna miss OUR OWN play!!!" Shouted Ruby with the most angry voice. They rushed to the Theater District, they had to go in five groups to move through the Air Cabs as they couldn't enter in just one. When they arrived it was a chaos and the people were shouting for their money, they arrived forty minutes late and there was a clown in the stage trying to hopelessly entertain the people while the others arrived, although it was useless and he looked stupid.
