Love & War: The Outcast Chapter

Episode 1: The Prelude


The Fantasysquare military and working facility was founded by General 
Tim Wong and his wife Mint the 25 of May, 1999. Their idea was to 
provide people and other military factions with the newest weapons and 
most confidential information worldwide. They also wanted to bring 
people all over the world to live in the base and make a community for 
better relationships.
As time passed the base was enlarged, up to the point where there were 
three sub levels underground.
The Main Level is where the officers, commanders and other workers work 
in their respective fields. It also contains the meeting rooms, guard 
room, and the famous "bridge." The Bridge was the place where the top 
officials worked. It was the place that controlled everything in the 
base.
Sub level 1 is where all the civilians lived. It was a very large area 
of the base, with houses, buildings, restaurants, cinemas and many 
other facilities.
Sub level 2 was the place where officials and workers lived. It was 
divided in three sections: High-ranked officials, Low-ranked officials 
and workers.
Sub Level 3 was the top secret area. It is the place where the main 
computer is kept as well as the military weapons and testing areas.

People came from all over the world. Some of them were accepted as 
workers and became officials, while others preferred the commodities 
and facilities the base offered. The community was growing everyday and 
there was no crime, fights or violent/criminal activities. 
But...the community was soon to have a change...an abrupt change it 
would change the lives of many, both in the present and in the future.

A small rebel group, known as the "Outcasts," began to gather members 
among all the civilians to take over the base and set their reign of 
terror. This terrorist group was composed mainly of civilians who 
didn't like the laws set by the high officials of the base. What made 
this group dangerous, was that some of the officials befriended with 
the rebel group and convinced them of their evil ideas and schemes. 
Although not all of the officials that befriended with the outcasts 
supported them, one did. Jamil, known for his nickname "Roogle," was a 
security guard of the main room who began to change his behavior as the 
revolutionary ideas of the outcasts began to convince him. Lavos, the 
founder of this rebel faction, managed to convince many civilians of 
his evil ideas. He knew that getting someone of the staff to give him 
confidential information would be vital in increasing the group's 
strenght. The most famous of the outcasts recruited by Lavos were: 
Snowy, Neo Bahamut, Rinoa Valkyrie, PS2, SolidRay and Sugpo. The only 
official in the group, Roogle, leaked a lot of information to the 
outcasts, which increased the fear of the general population as well as 
it angered most of the other officials. People were starting to live in 
fear and the officials couldn't do much about it, only to tell them 
that everything was under control.

One of the civilians, Enrique, began to notice that the security guard 
of the main room lurked too much around the suburbs of Sub Level 1 and 
met with some of the members of the rebel group. He also noticed that 
he discriminated many people who wanted to get into the main room, and 
even kicked some of them out of the place for unknown reasons. He 
infiltrated into the rebel group and gathered some crucial information, 
which he sent everyday to General Tim. After many weeks of 
investigation, Roogle was finally accused, condemned and fired for his 
illegal actions as a security guard. He was given the title of an 
outcast, and General Tim gave Enrique an opportunity to become the 
security guard of the main room.

Violent, bloody and tragic battles between the rebel faction known as 
the Outcasts and the Fantasyquare army took place. Both sides had 
casualties in every fight, but because of the great weapons, 
intelligent officials and great strategic maneuvers of the FS base, 
they (outcasts) were having great trouble winning the battles. The 
Outcasts patiently planned to attack FS when the defenses were low and 
when no one would expect an attack. Months passed, but the base never 
let their defenses down...until one day, that day when the FS base made 
the mistake of lowering its defenses...that mistake, was not to go 
unpunished by the rebel group.
