The infamous Shinra corporation
is draining the Planet's very life sources, 'Lifestream',
and processing it into both Mako and 'stones'
that hold the power to communicate with the Ancients,
Materia. At this rate, 'Lifestream', which is
known to keep the Planet alive, will eventually
be drained dry for the use of Mako. Although Shinra
is thoroughly aware of the damage and danger it
is causing, it continues to operate without any
feelings of guilt or whatsoever.
However, there is a man. A man that was dead all
this while.
He will be the one that will ultimately threaten
the very existance of the Planet. A man bent on
becoming a 'God', he will do anything to attain
his goal. Anything.
Cloud Strife is a cold hearted mercenary who accepts
a mission from a group of eco warriors, unaware
that it will lead him on a journey that will change
not just his life, but the life of every soul
in the universe. Backed up with a complicated
past, he must pick up the broken shards and struggle
with the lies and self-deception in order to find
the 'truth' hidden within himself.
