Adelbert Steiner "Having sworn fealty, must I spend my life in servitude?" This bumbling knight is one of the Princess Garnet's personal guards and became entangled in the mess of the Princess's "kidnapping" by being stubborn and insistent of following the princess wherever she may go. Although he may come across as a little thick, stupid and stubborn, Steiner is incredibly loyal to the princess and ireally only thinking about her interests. Not only that he is brutally loyal to Queen Brahne and is willing to sacrifice his life for the good of Alexandria. He also despises Zidane and sees him as a bad influence on the Princess. Even though Steiner is as rigid as a rock eventually he does change throughout the game and comes to accept that Garnet is growing up and can make her own decisions. A powerful knight, Steiner will be your powerhouse for most of the game, having the greatest strength he has a powerful normal attack. In addition he has a number of Knight abilities such as "Power Break" and "Magic break" that allow him to weaken enemies even further. If Vivi is in the party he can perform Sword magic that combines Vivi's spell and his attack which is powerful but consumes Steiners MP which he does not have a lot of. He has high strength, high defence and HP but he has low MP, low magic defence and low speed. Commands
