Magic used by the Calculator costs no MP and is cast immediately - but its targets are determined via thier calculations. For example, if you were to choose Exp as the calculation object, 5 as the multiple and Flare as the spell, every character whose Exp is a multiple of 5 will have Flare cast on them immediately - friend or foe! As a result, the Calculator can be very powerful if you purchase every spell during their time as a Priest/Wizard etc, but can also be fatal to your team if you aren't careful with the calculations...
