Final Fantasy Tactics - Faqs/Guides - Propositions and Treasure Data At the beginning of Chapter Two, the player can go into any bar in Ivalice and pick up a job proposition. The propositions will vary in content, price, and rewards. Gil received as a reward for completing a job successfully is randomly generated, as is the treasure and unexplored lands you may find. Each person you send on proposition will gain Exp and JP. Although you may send any job class on a proposition, some of the missions have classes which excel at a particular proposition. This is also hinted in the description of the job. Sending someone who meets the recommendation increases your chances of larger cash rewards or greater JP bonuses.
