Samurai
The Samurai is the most well-balances unit in the game - but this balance comes at a price. All of the Samurai's abilities require at least one of the relevant katana - an expensive venture, especially given their tendency to break. As a result, always carry spare katanas. Their HP handicap means nothing thanks to their ability to equip the most powerful armour in the game. If you can afford it, the Samurai can be a vital member of your attack team, well worth the cost of keeping them stocked in weapons.
