Final Fantasy Tactics - Character Bios/Classes - Thief

Thief
The thief has quite possibly the most useful ability set in the entire game. Without a thief in your party, you will be unable to obtain the most powerful weapons and armour, such as the Genji set and the magical guns. However, these abilities come at a price - the thief class has some of the weakest stats of any job class, together with poor weapon/armour choices. You will therefore need to ensure that your thief is well protected at all times. The equip armour ability is an excellent support choice for a thief. This can be your most versatile unit, especially with the move bonus abilities they can learn...just make sure to keep them alive long enough to use them!
