With the release of Square Enix's latest MMORPG, Final Fantasy XIV on 30 September 2010, many community sites, blogs and game forums dedicated to the game are being established. One of the fast growing sites which offers mini guides is FinalFantasyXIVGuide.org.

Besides providing a FFXIV guide to surviving Eorzea, the site also provides other guides in the form of articles. Final Fantasy XIV brings with it new gaming concepts, from the ability to play multiple classes with one single character to the idea of guildleves and its role in the questing system. With the introduction of the armoury system, character progression in the game comprises of two aspects: physical levels and class ranks.

Information and guides about the armoury system, the four disciples and respective classes as well as the guildleve system is available at the Final Fantasy XIV Guide website. In addition to guides, gameplay trailers, news and screenshots can also be found.
