Character Bios Riku "I've always wondered why we're here on this island. If there are any other worlds out there, why did we end up on this one? And suppose there are other worlds. Then ours is just a piece of something much greater." Riku is one of the four original characters featured in Kingdom Hearts. He is 15 and lives on the Destiny Islands. He is bored with life on the island and longs to discover other worlds. He is very self confident and charismatic and has no doubt in his own abilities. He believes that he can control the heartless and believes that the keyblade should have chosen him as its master rather than Sora. He is very fond of Kairi and uses his new-found power to search for her and Sora. Upon seeing Sora with Goofy and Donald, he believes Sora has forgotten about him.   « Back
