Final Fantasy Mystic Quest Character
Bio's
Benjamin (Hero)
He's the hero of the game and the only character
you can equip like you want. He watched his town crumble to the
ground before his very eyes, and then a man appeared in front of
him telling him that he is the chosen knight. He must go through
numerous puzzles, mazes, dungeons, and towns to find out how to
defeat the Main Boss. He encounters many friends along the way
Kaeli
She's the first partner you'll have. You'll meet Kaeli for the first
time in Foresta. When she sees the Tree Wither you were carrying,
she'll join you to save the forest from evil. She's also the daughter
of Captain Mac. Besides that she doesn't have much of a personality,
but you really can't say too much for the character development
in this game. She seems to have a strong sense of family, some bravery,
and a care for nature though.
Tristam
He's a treasure hunter who you help in the Bone Dungeon to find
a weapon he was looking for. Don't worry, you do it for a reason
not just to help somebody. Notice this was one of the times the
term "Treasure Hunter" as used instead of thief. Kind
of like in FF VI. He calls the hero "Kid" all the time...which
really upsets him.
Phoebe
She's Spencer's daughter and a friend of Kaeli. She'll help you
restore the water crystal. She is a skilled fighter and loves nature.
She helps the Hero along the way. They don't mention it...but you
can tell she likes the ol' hero.
Reuben
Reuben's living in the hot town of Fireburg, and he's looking for
a way to save his father in the mine. He'll help you restore the
fire crystal too.
The Elder
Not much is known about this old man. He is the guide for the Hero
of the game. He helps you throughout the game, and when you reach
a certain point, he'll reveal himself for what he really is.
