General Hein was born a year before the Meteor of the
Phantoms crashed on the planet. From an early age ,Hein
has known all about death and survival. Hein joined the
military academy at the age of 17. Showing great skills
and intelligence. It was in this school that Hein trained
in advanced artillery and strategic tactics as well as military
science and also refined his leadership skills. It was in
this very place that he met his wife, a social worker, who,
like him, wanted to find a solution to the Phantom threat.
After Graduation, Hein settled in the San Francisco barrier
city.
However the barrier failed and as a result, hein lost His
wife and young daughter. This Only fueled his quest to put
an end to the Phantom threat. Soon after the 4th World-Wide
Phantom Cleansing mission of 2063, he was promoted to General.
Now eager to use his Zevs Canon to destroy the nest of the
Phantoms and wipe them out, one and for all. Until now,
the council have shown reluctance in this idea. Determined
to prove Dr.Sid and Aki's theory wrong, Hein will do anythign,
even risk the fate of the enitre planet.
